Managing Users
In digno, users can be imported and/or invited by manager and admin roles.
Inviting Users: Manager & Admin Roles
Step 1
Proceed to the Users page
Click on the Invite button
Fill in the fields that appear on the screen
Click Send Invite button
Alternatively, users can be invited from the employee data page:
Proceed to the Settings page
Click on the Employee Data menu tab
Click on the Invite button
Fill in the fields that appear on the screen
Click Send Invite button
Importing Users: Manager & Admin Roles
Step 1
Proceed to the Settings page
Click on the Employee Data menu tab
Select Import using .csv
Download Employee Data.csv
Fill in the file
Upload ready .csv document
Importing Users: Admin Role
Step 1
Proceed to the Settings page
Click on the Employee Data menu tab
Select Gusto
You will be redirected to the Gusto platform to enable data import
