Applications that communicate with Digno through APIs to transfer relevant for your company information. The information transferred - employees, tasks, and their attributes.

App Usage

Digno introduces app usage - Digno term for engagement evaluation within an organization.

Digno is a performance management SaaS that integrates with a number of enterprise software, hence to evaluate engagement with company resources digno monitors and measures activities performed within integrated software to report on whether the applications are used across the company. App usage reports facilitate in-depth ROI analysis for each application investment to highlight cost-saving components.

Company Profile

Basic company information that is configured by company admin within Digno.

Basic information - company name, company domain, industry, number of employees, country, state, city.

Consistency

In consistency, digno measures patterns in employee behavior with regard to the quality and quantity of their performance during their tenure.

Dashboard

A visual display of all your data summaries. The data displayed is specific to a user logged in.

Department Configurations

A configuration of departments and their respective heads managed by company admin within Digno.

Employee Data

Database of all employees that are to be registered in the system.

Goal

A milestone for an employee to achieve according to specific measures.

KPI

Key performance indicators - measures of OKR evaluation. Digno Goals serve as OKRs in the system.

Tenure

In tenure, digno measures the time period that employees have been with the company. Tenure report allows company executives and designated HR personnel to measure employee turnover within the company.

Manager

Digno user - the head of the department.

Messages

Alerts, news, and updates. Messages are shared by the admin with one or many departments.

Portfolio

Combination of different departments based on a shared purpose. Portfolios enable managing projects, campaigns, and teams.

Rewards

An automatically assigned benefit.

Reports

Statistical information about the registered company and its processes.

Productivity

A database of all your work actions. Work actions are transferred to Digno from the integrated app(s).

User Profile

Basic information of the currently logged-in user.
